RADIUS ONLINE & MOBILE BANKING Upgrades
We are excited to announce that we will be upgrading our Online Banking and Radius Mobile app this fall. We can't wait to offer you an enhanced experience!
We want to make the upgrade process as easy as possible. This page will be updated with helpful information on a regular basis. Check back often for the newest updates.
In order to make sure you are prepared for the upgrade, we have outlined a few key dates and what they mean for you below.
Wednesday | October 17, 2018 – 6:00 PM ET
- Adding new external accounts for incoming & outgoing transfers will not be allowed starting at 6:00 PM ET on October 17 through October 23. External transfers will be available again on October 24th.
Friday | October 19, 2018 – 6:00 PM ET
- Bill pay will be unavailable from 6:00 PM ET on October 19 through October 23. Payments set up prior to October 19th for any future date will still be sent as scheduled. All payees and payments will be transferred to your upgraded online account.
- Please save or print your payment history, as bill pay history will not transfer over to your upgraded account.
Sunday | October 21, 2018 – 11:59 PM ET
- Internal and external transfers will not be allowed from 11:59 PM ET on October 21 through October 23. Transfers scheduled before October 22nd for any future date will still be sent as scheduled. If you need to make an internal transfer during this time, please contact Customer Service or use Telephone Automated Banking by calling 800.242.0272.
- Personal finance tools (such as net worth, budget, trends, etc.) will be unavailable starting at 11:59 PM ET on October 21 through October 23. These tools will be available again on October 24th.
Tuesday | October 23, 2018 – 6:00 PM ET
- Online & Mobile Banking will be unavailable starting at 6:00 PM ET on October 23 through the morning of October 24. Please do not attempt to sign in during this time. If you do, you'll see an error message stating "The Login ID or Password is incorrect. Please try again or use the forgot password link below." Please do not be alarmed as this is part of the scheduled upgrade process. We ask that you process all of your banking needs prior to 6:00 PM ET on October 23.
Wednesday | October 24, 2018
- LIVE: Brand new radiusbank.com, personal Online Banking, and Radius Mobile app! Please note, the updated site and app may take up to several hours to be visible on your device.
- Sign up for your new and improved Online & Mobile Banking! You will NOT need to download a new app—simply update your existing Radius Mobile app from the App Store or Google Play. You may register with the same username and password as the old system if you'd like.
- All of your information, including bill pay and externally-linked accounts, will display and be ready for use in the new upgraded site!
- Simplified mobile check deposit
- Revamped bill pay and Pay a Friend payment services
- Refreshed financial management dashboard for better budgeting
- Easier communication with Customer Service
