Now sign in to Radius Mobile with your fingerprint on eligible iOS and AndroidTM devices.

The Radius Mobile app is available to all personal Online Banking users. Click here to enroll in Online Banking, or enroll directly within the Radius Mobile app.

SMS (Text) Banking

Use SMS text messaging to text for your balance and view account activity.

  • Check balances – View your latest account balance and search recent transaction
  • View transaction history – Browse and search your recent transactions
  • Make transfers – Move money between your Radius Bank accounts

SMS Banking is available to all personal Online Banking users. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, you may do so here by clicking here.

To activate this service, log into your Online Banking account and click the “Text Banking” link under the Preferences menu. On the Text Enrollment screen, turn Text Banking on and agree to the terms. You will also be prompted to enter nicknames for your accounts to activate this service on your mobile device.

Telephone Automated Banking

Access your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our Telephone Banking system.

Accounts eligible to be enrolled in Automated Telephone Banking:

  • Checking 
  • Money Market
  • Savings
  • CDs & IRAs
  • Personal Loans


Using your phone and Telephone Banking, you can quickly and easily:

  • Get deposit and loan account balances
  • Obtain account history, including your most recent 6 deposit, withdrawal and ATM transactions
  • Obtain payment history on loans, including last payment date and next payment date
  • Transfer funds between two authorized accounts
  • Make payments from an authorized account to other authorized accounts
  • Obtain Banking Center hours & location information
  • Change your Personal Identification Number (PIN)


Simply call our Automated Telephone Banking line at 800.434.0330 and enter your account number plus the last four digits of your social security number. You will then be prompted to create a new 4-digit PIN for future account access.
