Text (SMS) Banking

Use SMS text messaging to text for your business account balance(s) and activity.1

  • Check balances – View your latest account balance(s)
  • View transaction history – Browse and search your recent transactions
  • Make transfers – move money between your Radius Bank accounts


SMS Banking is available to all Business Online Banking clients. 

To activate this service, log into your Online Banking account and access the “Mobile Preferences” screen under the Preferences menu. Click on the “Text Banking” tab to enable text banking on the mobile devices you enable. You will be prompted to enter your mobile phone number for activation. 

Telephone Automated Banking

Access your business accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our Automated Telephone Banking system.


Accounts eligible to be enrolled in Automated Telephone Banking:

  • Checking
  • Money Market
  • Savings
  • CDs
  • Loans


Using your phone and Telephone Banking, you can quickly and easily:

  • Get deposit and loan account balances
  • Obtain account history, including your most recent 6 deposit, withdrawal and ATM transactions
  • Obtain payment history on loans, including last payment date and next payment date
  • Transfer funds between two authorized accounts
  • Make payments from an authorized account to other authorized accounts
  • Obtain Banking Center hours & location information
  • Change your Personal Identification Number (PIN)


Simply call our Automated Telephone Banking line at 800.434.0330 and enter your account number plus the last four digits of your organization’s Tax Identification Number.
